hey, I'm

Rishabh Modi

I turn small ideas into things that grow.

I'm a senior at Singapore American School. A few things that have grown so far: a plant kit made from old cans and coffee grounds, a club supporting charities that grant wishes to critically and terminally ill patients, a vibe-coding workshop for 100+ master's students at ESSEC Business School, and a sunlight-to-circuit activity for Science Centre Singapore's observatory. Off the desk, I'm usually on the badminton court.

Ambulance Wish Singapore

Summer intern at a partner charity · Jun 2026

Through Project Wish, I joined this partner charity as its first student intern and its first volunteer under 18. Over four weeks, I built automations that flag outstanding wish reports, saving time for the two-person team that runs its entire Programmes branch.

7 automations · about 3 hours saved a week

Now researching

Do coffee grounds really help plants grow?

EcoBean's coffee-ground fertilizer seemed to work, so I'm testing it properly and working out the chemistry behind it as a British Science Association Gold CREST Award project.
